- Hello from Dr. Rachel Louise Clay in Virginia. I am retired from the federal government with many years of business management experience. I have a Ph.D from Capella University in Education, and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University. I am currently an Adjunct Professor for the University of Maryland University College. I am the author of a biography entitled: The Orioles: Second String Albert "Diz" Russell. It is on Amazon.com. You must type in the entire title to avoid the baseball team. The Original Orioles vocal group arguably started Rhythm and Blues music in 1948. Diz Russell carries the group on today. I am currently writing my life story and mini-memoirs for others. I am married with a blended family of four (all away from home), and three grandchildren. I enjoy reading, writing, music, and jigsaw puzzles. Thank you for your interest in my blog.
